Who we are

At Excel Executive Cars we've been delivering parcels, packages and documents for our clients for more than 15 years. We serve the financial, legal and media sectors and are trusted by finance houses, banks and corporate legal firms in the City of London - as well as many media companies and corporations - with their employees, customers and VIPs. As such we understand more than anybody the need for security, confidentiality and time sensitivity.

When we set up our courier business in 1992 we invited the finest staff from the courier industry to join us. This is still the same today. We only employ the very best and most experienced control staff and drivers once they have provided excellent references and can demonstrate their knowledge of the fastest ways to get around London, whatever the traffic or hold ups. Naturally all our Car Drivers must be PCO (public carriage office) registered. This involves a medical, an enhanced CRB check and an approved knowledge test.

24 hours a day, seven days a week

Both Excel Executive Cars and Excel Courier operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year from our offices in Docklands, SE1 and SE16. This puts much of London within easy reach, with good access to The City, the West End and Docklands as well as the rest of Central and Greater London and the South East.

All our clients benefit from our on-line booking and real-time tracking system. It means any car can be traced in real time as our drivers head to their destinations. It also means that our controllers can guide our drivers through trouble spots and bad traffic as well as optimise our fleet resources. And once a customer has arrived safely, our fully automated electronic signature capture gives you a reassurance that can be seen online - in seconds.
